Refund and Returns Policy

You have the option to return your order within 5 days of purchase either online or in store. For in-store returns, you need to provide the digital invoice or order number.

Online Return

-To initiate an online return, visit your account’s ‘orders’ section and submit a return request.

-The return window for online purchases is 5 days, and processing typically takes 2-5 days.

-If your purchase includes both returnable and non-returnable items, the entire invoice will be considered non-returnable.

-For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3-7 business days.

General Return Note

-All contact lenses are non-returnable.

-All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.

-For detailed information regarding the eligibility of returns for specific products, kindly refer to the respective product page.

-Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

-To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.

-Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
